Improving the Health Status of the Kaliningrad Region

Working in partnership with the University of Ulster, the Federal Public Health Institute in Russia and the Catalan School of Public Health, NI-CO will be responsible for developing a major primary healthcare and preventative health care programme for the Kaliningrad Oblast.
The €2.3 million contract has been designed to address the weaknesses of the present health care system which has failed to meet the needs of vulnerable groups and tackle the increasing communicable disease problem.
