SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Essential Criteria

• Holds a university degree of at least four years or professional experience of at least 8 years
• Significant experience of international donor funded (preferably EU) projects
• Strong project management skills and experience in management and motivation of staff
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to produce high-quality reports
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fully computer literate

Desirable Criteria

• Experience in project identification or project design
• Experience of preparing Terms of References
• Experience of project implementation
• Experience in evaluation of projects
• Experience of training and capacity building
• Team Leader experience
• Proficiency of other languages
