SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential Criteria
- Holds a university degree of at least four years or professional experience of at least 8 years
- Significant experience of international donor funded (preferably EU) projects
- Strong project management skills and experience in management and motivation of staff
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to produce high-quality reports
- Excellent presentation skills
- Fully computer literate
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in project identification or project design
- Experience of preparing Terms of References
- Experience of project implementation
- Experience in evaluation of projects
- Experience of training and capacity building
- Team Leader experience
- Proficiency of other languages
